-    control hours of work -    set price for items to sell -    global audience for online store -    great potential to for business to increase in profit and manpower -    self made boss -    as the boss thrives, so as the people who work for him (e.g., John Gokongwei,  Lucio Tan – They were entrepreneurs. World Wide Web was not invented yet) -    “I will” is in your guts	-    You are alone, at first -    There are days when you are stuck with a non-selling items -    Get a lot of rejections -    Frustration is your friend -    Minimal benefits -    Business strategies will be 24/7 anchored to your brain	-    Salary guaranteed bi- monthly -    Benefits -    Cool professional attire	-    Work is from 8:30 am to late at night -    Compete with team -    There are days when you are stuck with a tasks and get in trouble for not meeting deadlines -    Too tired after 5pm -    Victim of a boss from hell -    Analyzed for performance -    Must worship the egocentric boss -    Nervous breakdown is your friend -    Often see the family -    Too tired to go out with family -    Sometime forget about the family -    Work is a priority above anything else -    Difficult to advance -    Feeling  insignificant -    Creative juices stagnant, since work is a vicious cycle of same tasks -    “I wish” is in your mind all the time

The point of this comparison is to show the advantages of buy and sell business.  It seems that having your own shop or at least a business side line, by means of online selling, will definitely earn you some monetary profits.

Having a 9 to 5 job is cool, but having a buy and sell online shop is cooler.

Many in the buy and sell industry have failed miserably, same with people with office jobs who are being fired for poor performance. The only difference though is that entrepreneurs, who fail, bounce back faster than people in the corporate.  No job hunting needed, just work harder.

Look at it this way, for all corporate workers reading this article; trace back the history of your company you are working currently. It all began with a small idea from a person who did not want to work in an office.

Start small now.  Be different from the rest of the pack. Better to create a job than to get a job.

Once you start be UNSTOPPABLE!
